Assembled from Lakeland’s MicroMax material, the BioPro Disposable coverall is targeted at hospital workers and EMS technicians who are dealing with a patient presenting symptoms associated with potentially deadly pathogens and other biological contaminants while on the job.

Key features of the BioPro disposable suit include integrated elasticated thumb loops to prevent sleeves from rolling up and attached sock boots with boot flaps to minimize the need for taping. The suit is hooded with a respirator fit hood to protect the neck and minimize exposed skin and the liquid-proof zipper is placed on the rear of the suit to ensure that potentially contaminated hands are kept away from the face during donning and doffing procedures.

For a true liquid-tight seal without any tape, the optional push fit glove connection system allows for gloves down to 15 mil in thickness to be attached to the suit with minimal setup time.

Features:

  • Seams chain-stitched through all layers for a clean finished edge and splash-proof protection
  • Integrated sock boots with boot flaps
  • Integrated thumb loops ensure compatibility with a wide variety of gloves of various thicknesses
  • Liquid-proof zipper

Test Methodologies

Chemical resistance data is in accordance with ASTM F1001 test methodology. Testing is performed on fabric samples only, not actual garments. Sample results vary and therefore averages for the results are reported. Sources for all test data are independent laboratory conditions and not actual use conditions.
