Shipping, Return, & Warranty Policy | Peke Safety

Shipping:

Peke Safety LLC ships via USPS and FedEx to the US, Canada and Mexico. For other countries, we will ship by request. All customers will be furnished with a tracking number upon shipment.

Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery date. 

For US domestic orders, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US overseas territories:

All products must be unused, in resalable condition, with original packaging upon arrival to our warehouse to be eligible for return. Cooling vests must not have been immersed in water at any point prior to being returned. There is a 10% fee for returns. We will provide you a return label.

For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US overseas territories, and international customers:

All products must be unused, in resalable condition, with original packaging upon arrival to our warehouse to be eligible for return. Cooling vests must not have been immersed in water at any point prior to being returned. There is a 10% fee for returns. The cost of the return label will be deducted from credit amount.

Exchange Policy:

Per company policy, we do not accept or facilitate exchanges. We understand that we have a variety of products, and it is important to us that you have the best fit for your needs. If you believe that there is a product better suited to your needs, please contact us and we will be happy to get you sorted with the best protection for you.

Warranty Claims:

All products purchased through Peke Safety come with a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure satisfaction. Use of our products outside the guidelines detailed in the operational instructions in the packaging or for applications for which they are suited will void the manufacturer's warranty. Use of non-approved components in conjunction with our products, including third-party filters on our respirators and powered air (PAPR) systems, will void the manufacturer's warranty. PAPR systems must be checked to ensure a full battery charge and filters are unblocked prior to use.
