Powercap Active IP PAPR 

The PowerCap Active IP is a low-profile positive pressure respirator with built-in head impact-resistance intended to provide respiratory protection from particulate contaminants while alleviating the discomfort caused by traditional half masks. Includes

Pre - Filter Pads (Pack of 10)

The Powercap pre-filter pads help extend the life of the P2 filter cartridges by protecting the exposed pleats of the filters from large, visible clumps of floating particulate matter. This keeps the P2 filters running at maximum efficiency, allow for continued filtration of dangerous microscopic contaminants for extended periods and in the harshest of usage conditions.

Powercap Active P2 Filters (Pack of 2)

Replacement P2 filters for the Powercap Active replacement filters for the Powercap Active. Exceeds N95 particulate protection, meaning that the filter is 95% efficient against non-oil based particulates down to .3 microns in size.

Peel Off Visor Protectors (Pack of 10)

Peel-off visor protectors for the Powercap Active IP help keep the impact-resistant face shield scratch and dirt free, reducing the frequency of face shield replacement. Maintaining a clean, unobscured face shield helps reduce fatigue while working and greatly improve user safety.

Conforms to EN 166, EN812+A1, EN12941+A2 TH1P. Respiratory protection to EN12941:1988 TH1P. Assigned Protection Factor 10 (UK classification) equivalent to an EN149 FFP2. Visor Protection: an impact protection of EN166 1B, ideal for working in environments where there is danger of flying particles.

I am currently sanding, staining and varnishing new doors for my house. My shop is completely filled with doors. I cannot make any dust, therefore I have not used your mask yet. My only comment at this time is I was quite surprised that the facemask was not moveable. I had no idea of this when I ordered it. I will be done with my doors in a few day and then I will give you respirator a workout.

Great for woodturners!

The JSP Powercap is the best product I’ve found for woodturners. It’s more comfortable to wear than the Uvex face shield, so I wear it all the time while turning. I previously had the Trend Airshield, which was heavy and not well balanced, so I would only wear it while sanding. I also did not want the models with the waist belt and the air hose in the back, as I find that uncomfortable and prone to catching the hose on things in my crowded workshop. I’ve only had the Powercap for a couple of weeks, but so far it seems to be exactly what I need. Look forward to seeing you at our Rocky Mountain Woodturning Symposium in September ’25. Fashion meets function

Seriously one of the best purchases I've made. I sport a fairly healthy beard and traditional dust masks weren't cutting it. The Powercap Active IP PaPR was a much needed and worth while investment in my safety.

Exactly What I Needed

I should have bought this the first time I heard of Peke. After repeated sinus/chest infections despite very good dust collection and air filtration, I finally decided to spend the money.

Compared to other makers, I find the Peke version to be lighter weight & comfortable. I can wear it for long stretches without neck pain. And now I’m not breathing in all that fine dust nor do I have to shave my facial hair to make a mask work!
