Designed specifically for out-of-warranty units, the Powercap Refresh Program ensures your equipment continues to provide the premium protection you rely on, at a fraction of the cost of buying replacement parts individually.

What the Refresh Program Includes:

Discounted Genuine Parts: Receive a 10% discount on all required replacement parts identified during our expert evaluation.

 Expert Servicing: Your unit will be fully inspected, repaired, and reassembled by our specialized technicians for a flat labor fee.

 Free Two-Way Shipping: We make the process seamless by covering all transit costs to and from our facility.

How It Works:

1. Pre-Evaluation: Contact us to express interest. We will request a few details and photos of your current unit to confirm eligibility for the program.

2. Ship & Inspect: Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Upon receipt, our team will evaluate your respirator and finalize the parts required.

3. Invoice & Repair: We will email you a secure Shopify invoice for the discounted parts and labor fee.

4. Return: Please allow approximately 3 weeks from the date you initially ship your unit for it to be fully refreshed and returned to your door.
