The Gentex PureFlo ESM+ PF60 is a next-generation, all-in-one powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) system that combines respiratory, eye, and face protection in a single lightweight unit. Its streamlined design reduces snag hazards and minimizes interference with tools, machinery, and other PPE such as fall protection systems—making it ideal for use in industrial, pharmaceutical, and cleanroom environments.

This system is NIOSH certified and CSA compliant, offering 99.95% filtration efficiency against solid and liquid aerosols including dust, smoke, fibers, bacteria, and viruses.

The ESM+ PF60 comes equipped with an integrated rechargeable lithium-ion battery that delivers a consistent airflow rate of 220 liters per minute, providing 4–5 hours of operation per charge. The system includes an ANSI-rated impact visor and Tychem QC disposable hood for enhanced splash protection.
