    Face shield defective and no replacement visor (that I ordered and paid for) was sent

    I bought a replacement face shield, hoping that a design flaw with the plastic clips that hold the visor on would have been fixed in the new model. Not so. It's the same face shield that I had before. Over time, the plastic clips that hold the visor in place don't hold properly and the visor randomly pops off, creating a dangerous situation. When I asked for a discount on a replacement face shield, I was told to buy a new one because my old one one was no longer warranted. I also ordered a spare visor, which costs around 45 dollars and that item did not arrive. I cannot recommend this company or it's products, Daniel Beck, Perennial Woodworks.
